We encourage temporary, internal job-switching. What experience are you keen to gain? What would broaden your horizons and establish a better network for you? Our working world is changing and, with it, our understanding of leadership. We must support and facilitate a successful workflow in the team setting. Continuing development, formal and informal

We embody a culture of learning! Brown Bag Lunches are just one of the daily tools for sharing knowledge. Lunchtime language courses are run on a permanent basis. The opportunities for professional and personal development are many and varied at our two training centres in Arlesheim and Jongny in Switzerland. Plus, there are dedicated course programmes for certain professional groups such as our customer advisers.

We look after our managers with particular development potential across the group, in our “Baloise Campus” programme. The focus is on strategic business alignment and nurturing leadership skills in line with the Baloise culture.
